ERF Wireless (OTCQB: ERFB), a provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that Rick Zachardy has joined the company's Board of Directors as one of its independent directors and has also agreed to become Chairman of the ERF Wireless Audit Committee. Mr. Zachardy is a seasoned CPA and has an impressive background as a Chief Financial Officer and Tax Specialist for multiple large corporations over the span of his career. More recently, Mr. Zachardy has operated his own independent consulting firm providing services in such areas as finance, accounting, treasury, payroll, recruiting, and income tax solutions. In his private practice Mr. Zachardy has also supported his clients in the areas of partnership negotiations, dispute resolution initiatives and forensic accounting, as well as serving as interim CFO for companies needing financial assistance during periods of corporate transition.
