Universal Bioenergy Inc., (OTCQB: UBRG), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company that markets and distributes natural gas, propane, petroleum and coal, announced that its subsidiary, NDR Energy Group, has just completed one of the earliest monthly natural gas transactions in company history.
The April transaction was for the sale of natural gas to one of NDR's core customers and one of the largest utilities in the US. The transaction, pending confirmations, has an estimated sales price in excess of $2.7 million. The natural gas will be delivered to the customer during the month of May.
