24HrOnCallDoc is in the business of establishing, marketing and administering discounted fee-for-service network plans including, but not limited to, Telemedicine and Pharmacies (the "NETWORK PLANS"), under which 24HrOnCallDoc arranges for the availability of services for its members at specified rates.
