Kanye West Is Fighting ANOTHER Lawsuit! This New Case Might Have You Thinking He's Just A Copycat!

An Italian photog joined the army of people with lawsuits against Kanye West , but Kanye swears (again) that he's innocent. In April 2013, Fabio Massimo Gammacurta accused Yeezy of ripping off his photo, Lolli-pop , as cover art for a mixtape on the rapper's official site. While Fabio is asking for more than $150,000, North West 's daddy pinky promised a response filed January 14th that he didn't do anything wrong! Even though Ibn Jasper actually made the art featured on the rapper's blog and other sites to download for his mixtape F.M. Phenomenal Ziptape Vol. 1: It’s Gucci Time , the resemblance (below) is UNDOUBTABLE. We totally get that Kanye might not have known that his graphic artist recreated another's work, but since he does write the checks, he might want to be more careful! Still, in his official response, Kanye's people requested: "...that Plaintiff’s complaint be dismissed in its entirety as against him and that he be awarded his costs and disbursements, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, in this action, and such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper." Hmmm... ...we didn't even go to law school, but it sounds like Kanye could seriously be facing being ordered to pay up, especially since he's been accused of stealing another's work multiple times in the past.
