Jazz Candles will manufacture the flavor vapors for the new E-Cig line of products 3D Eye Solutions Inc. (TDEY) will be selling. The former owner of Jazz Candles has agreed to formulate the flavor vapors at his facility in Shreveport, La. This will allow us to have the flavor vapors ready for 3D Eye Solutions Inc. to start selling at the upcoming Summer Retail Gift Store Markets that start in June. Our sister company, PBS Holding Inc. recently signed a 1-year lease on a 27,000 sq. ft. building for the manufacturing and shipping of their newly acquired company, Jazz Candles. 3D Eye Solutions Inc. will also distribute their E-Cig products from this location. PBS Holding Inc. has grown from needing an office located at 1322 Round Table Dr. in Dallas Texas, to needing the entire building. We are in the process of building a climate-controlled room, built inside the building, which will be completed in the next 2 weeks. This is where the candles and flavor vapors will be poured and all inventory stored.
As mentioned earlier this week 3D Eye Solutions Inc is entering the $2.5 billion E-Cigarette Market. The E-Cig market is on track to grow by 400% over the next 3 years alone, growing to $10 billion by 2017. 3D Eye Solutions has positioned itself into an untouched area of the E-Cig market, the Retail Gift Store Market. Our sister company PBS Holding Inc., acquired Jazz Candles, which has strong ties to the Retail Gift Store Market. Jazz Candles previous owner has connections with all the major rep groups/showrooms across the entire United States. He has secured for us 2 major rep groups/showrooms to rep our full line of E-Cigs and Vapors. He is currently working on securing more rep groups/showrooms to cover most of the United States. This is a huge market and we will be the first to enter into this area of retail sales.

Our plan is to have all of our product line ready for The Dallas Total Home and Gift Show June 18-24, 2014. We will have our entire product line in J Brandes Showroom, ready to sell to Retail Gift Shops, Pharmacy Stores, and Novelty Stores from across the country. All orders placed at the show will ship immediately. We will have all of our E-Cig products in all the rep groups/showrooms before their Major Market takes place in June and July.
We are currently working with 3 factories overseas to supply us with the E-Cigs. We are testing all the products now for QC. Also we are using this time to work with our rep groups/showrooms to determine what new E-Cigs designs the Retail Gift Market will want. The big part of the E-Cig market is the reorder on the Vapors. By having Jazz Candles pour our Vapors, it will give us greater QC, more flavors choices for our customers and increased profit margins, which will bring more profit to our bottom line on what will be our biggest reordered product.
The name of our new E-Cig company will be released next week along with more updates as they happen. We are extremely excited by the response we have got from the rep groups/showrooms that have come on board to sell our E-Cig line. They have all said, "This will be the next big thing to hit the Retail Gift Market."
With rep groups/showrooms repping to the entire Retail Gift Market, which will cover most of the United States, we should easily do $8-10 million in sales annually.
