(OTC Pink: ERNI) (PINKSHEETS: ERNI) announced today that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with Hotdeal Asia Limited (HotDeal) which outlines the general terms and conditions pursuant to which Rewards Nexus and HotDeal will negotiate the forming of a Joint Venture for combining business operations.
HotDeal is a Hong Kong based company which was created to provide restaurants with an innovative platform, which will communicate and publish real-time and instant offers to nearby consumers.
Hong Kong has a predominantly service-based economy, and restaurant businesses serve as a main economic contributor. With the third, most dense population per square meter in the world and a population of 7 million, Hong Kong is host to an intense restaurant industry competition. Due to its small geographical size, Hong Kong contains a high number of restaurants per unit area.
