World Mobile Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: WMHI) (PINKSHEETS: WMHI), a global leader in developing Image Transmission Devices (ITD), Lithium-Iron (LiFePO4) Battery Modules, and Solutions Integration for major wireless carriers around the world, is pleased to announce the following news:
WMHI is pleased to announce that it will be communicating with its shareholders more regularly. Shareholder communication is essential now as we have expanded our horizons in sources of revenues for our Signage, security cameras and lithium-iron batteries divisions. We are pleased to announce that our first quarter will have revenues generated from our Signage division and expect a substantial increase in such revenues throughout the year. Our last two news releases touched upon our research and progress in both the Bitcoin marketplace as well as the Marijuana and eCig industries. The company's engineering team, advisory by Dr. Thomas Lu, the senior research fellow at Jet Propulsion Lab of CIT, will be updating our shareholders on our applications of its proprietary Lithium-Iron (LiFePO4) battery technologies in Bitcoins. These applications will involve Bitcoin card technology. Bitcoin transactions would be enhanced greatly if billions of consumers would adapt the usage of Bitcoin cards. The team will also be updating our shareholders on the licensing of related technologies from California Institute of Technology and other major research institutions in the country shortly. Further updates to our mobile payment smart chips & secure micro SD cards will be coming in future news releases.
Two of the new and exciting venues that our lithium-iron battery technology systems and products has expanded to is eCig and greenhouse lighting. Our associates have recently visited The HIGH TIMES Cannabis Cup at the Denver Merchandise Mart featuring a two-day event with entertainment, vendor exhibits, and industry awards. The event was sold out. Estimates on attendance at the Denver Cannabis Cup are more than 30,000, making it the most attended cannabis event in the world. We will be updating all on the various companies our associates have made substantial connection with and future sources of revenues for the company. WMHI believes that our battery systems and products are perfect for the eCig community as well as the greenhouse lighting industry. Various joint ventures have also been explored.
