Under the agreement, AJ Greentech and Taiwan Solar Energy will jointly build 150 US solar farms in the state of New York. Both parties agree to encourage and promote cooperation in the field of IPP (independent power producer) projects for solar power generation. Also in joint cooperation of project development: EPC (engineer, procure, construct), O&M (operation and maintain), consults offering, exchanging related information and expertise.
