GOLDEN, CO, United States, via eTeligis Inc., 05/06/2014 - - HomeAdvisor announced today the winners of the Best of HomeAdvisor Award. This award recognizes HomeAdvisor's top-rated professionals who provide superior quality, service and value. HomeAdvisor's network of over 80,000 service professionals are customer-rated, and undergo a criminal and financial background check prior to being listed on the site.
Best of HomeAdvisor winners were chosen based on their rating and review average. The minimum rating for a Best of HomeAdvisor Award winner was 4. The rating is based on a scale of 1-5 and accompanied by a written review, which is verified for validity. Winners are active members in good standing and have had a minimum of three reviews submitted within the previous six months.
In 2014 an additional 1,000 professionals won the Best of HomeAdvisor Award compared to last year. Over 1,500 professionals won the award for the second year in a row including Tony Santos, a managing member of Jet Glass, LLC. Santos explains that the award encourages homeowners to contact his business for glass installation or repair.
"Homeowners seek us out because they recognize us as a winner of the Best of HomeAdvisor Award," said Santos. "This consistent recognition helps us build relationships with homeowners and increase our business' growth."
