TUSTIN, CA, United States, via eTeligis Inc., 05/20/2014 - - Premier Holding Corporation (OTCQB: PRHL) today announced that it has signed a Reciprocal Resellers Agreement with SmartSense LED, whereby SmartSense will have the opportunity to quote on select projects from PRHL's Subsidiary Energy Efficiency Experts (E3), and in return SmartSense will offer PRHL's proprietary E-Series Lighting Power Controls for HID lights. Indeed, SmartSense is already working on several E3 prospects and is available to assist on the 1,500 commercial clients to whom The Power Company ("TPC," another PRHL subsidiary) has previously sold deregulated power.
SmartSense LED provides a wide array of standard and custom high quality LED lamps at a lower cost due to its relationship with ATG Electronics Corp, an international manufacturer of LED lamps. Their massive product offerings and available inventory allow them to be readily responsive to customer demands. It is also noted that ATG Electronics owns the most recognized brand in the world for retrofitting conventional lights with LEDs, and is a strategic partner of Phillips, the CREE LED University Program, and Samsung LED enterprises.
The proprietary, patented E-Series Lighting Power controller is designed to be an inexpensive upgrade making existing HID lamps more efficient, typically achieving 25-30% power savings without the need for individual lamp replacement or retrofit. In addition the product improves lamp and ballast life, as well as the mean-lumen performance of the lamp. Highly regarded, veteran general contractor Mr. Mark Dunnett was added earlier this year as President of E3 to significantly grow the business.
