Sibling Group: Blended Schools Network Reaches Significant Milestones

Sibling Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: SIBE) (www.siblinggroup.com) (the "Company") announced that today the Blended Schools Network (www.blendedschools.net "BSN") is celebrating 12 years of serving teachers and students. Founded in 2002, Blended Schools Network was one of the first organizations focused on helping schools leverage technology for student success.

Blended Schools Network's longevity is due in large part to the substantial library of high quality K-12 content. Currently BSN has over 190 course offerings that contain over 15,000 lessons, 12,000 videos and 8,000 modules. For the 2013-2014 school year BSN had over 300,000 course enrollments and served over 160 school districts. Those districts stay with the BSN team because they constantly work to ensure the content is the very best.

"I have seen first-hand how their curriculum team reshaped their courses from text-book dependent with text and clip-art to the enriched learning environments they are today: textbook-free, PA-aligned, and engaging courses that make learning interactive for our students with embedded learning activities," stated Todd Silvius, Cyber Technology Coordinator for the Quakertown Community School District.

Every year BSN marks the anniversary by celebrating teachers. Awards are given out for course design, student choice awards and teacher of the year. The success of BSN teachers comes from highly engaging professional development. BSN had over 9,000 teachers attend live training this year and hosted 2 Massively Open Online Courses, or MOOCs, for educators - one on Blended Learning and one on Teaching Online courses that had close to 2,000 participants from over 100 countries.

"On April 11, 2002, 22 small and rural schools districts in Pennsylvania committed to a collaborative effort with an overarching goal 'to optimize the use of technology to create and provide meaningful experiences that enhance flexible, blended learning opportunities for all students.' Our plan was to achieve that goal by customizing solutions through blended learning for each of our member school districts. We began by licensing a learning management system that would be used by all member schools. Then we developed the nation's first commercially available online elementary courses, and began providing professional development on blended and online learning for educators in our member schools. Over the 12 years, we have produced an expansive library of online learning resources, provided professional development to tens of thousands of teachers, and sparked the adoption of blended learning across the country. We have continued to leverage the advances in learning technologies and research findings to maximize student engagement and success in blended and online learning over the last 12 years. I am proud to say we continue to focus on our founding principle of enhancing flexible, blended learning for all students," stated Jed Friedrichsen, CEO of Blended Schools Network.

Blended Schools has continued to expand their reach and recently began serving new member schools in Nevada and New Jersey. They continue to see demand grow across the country and by working with the Sibling Group Holdings team, BSN has aggressively moved into national distribution of their content.

Sibling Group's acquisition of Blended Schools Network is expected to formally close in April. The companies have already begun an expanded national joint sales and marketing program which is showing impressive potential.
