Harold Williams has owned and operated a very successful transportation company for over 20 years. He has a wealth of knowledge, not only in different sales aspects, but has shown a true understanding of how businesses can acquire solid growth through acquisitions. He has built a very successful business containing 75 trucks, 100 trailers, box trucks, and warehousing options operating in 48 states. Harold will serve the role of Vice President of the Board and will be highly involved with our plan of investing in high potential companies going forward. Union Equity Inc. is proud to have been able to recruit such a highly talented business mind for our board.
Dudley Fetzer has served in various leadership roles for over 25 years, including 15 years in the information technology industry. He will be a crucial voice in leading our company's strategic planning. Dudley has shown over his many years of business experience, his ability to make solid financial decisions that lead companies to long-term stable profits. While not afraid to take risks, Dudley's experience is to take a researched and sustainable approach to any investment opportunity that comes his way.
