Additional Cable and Broadband Companies to Test 4Cable RF2F Technology

CONWAY, SC – via eTeligis -  4Cable TV International, Inc. (OTCQB: CATV) ("4Cable" and/or the "Company"), a global manufacturer of outdoor transmission equipment for cable and broadband providers, is pleased to announce that several additional Cable and Broadband companies have begun testing the Company's innovative RF2F technology to add new subscribers. The additional trials provide a unique opportunity for these companies to bring on new subscribers outside their network service areas by extending lines beyond the 250-foot barrier that currently restricts customers from accessing cable services and products. 4Cable, which has released a new white paper on RF2F's role in the growth of cable system subscriber bases, has created a solution that converts RF signals to fiber to permit up 10,000-foot line extensions to previously unserviced customers.

"The cable and broadband industry is seeing an unprecedented drive to increase revenues and grow subscriber bases," said Steven K. Richey, President of 4Cable. "Much of the growth by the major cable system operators has focused on simply buying their competitors. The recent $45 billion takeover bid of Time Warner by Comcast was just that, 11 million Time Warner subscribers being added to Comcast's existing 21 million, making it an extremely costly subscriber acquisition solution. However, we have an alternative to this cannibalistic approach and a solution that gives operators an organic growth strategy allowing them to pursue in-demand high speed Internet revenues."

Richey continues, "With an entire generation brought up on Netflix, Hulu and YouTube, cable and broadband providers need to provide the big pipe to give customers access to the high quality services they are demanding. 4Cable is engineering and manufacturing innovative solutions that not only maximize bandwidth opportunities but do so at a lower cost. This allows system operators to capitalize on the revenue opportunities that come with providing access to the triple play of services; video, voice and data. Despite dish and satellite offers, it still takes a terrestrial cable/fiber connection to deliver high quality, high speed internet, and we offer a way for cable and broadband providers to extend their services to new customers, providing them with an innovative opportunity to grow their subscriber bases organically without having to take out a competitor."

4Cable continues to receive orders from a wide range of cable service providers and 2nd-tier cable companies wanting to test the RF2F technology's ability to add new subscribers from the numerous unserved line extension opportunities that exist across the country. Within each one of those line extensions there are several customers that could add to a system operator's revenues and valuations.

"We are receiving daily inquiries from cable system operators across the country," said Gene Faulkner, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at 4Cable. "With RF2F, in addition to adding high speed internet subscribers, cable and broadband companies have the ability to organically grow their important video penetration, the metric their success continues to be measured on, at far below the current construction ROI models. They want a solution that works, that can be integrated into their customer growth plans, and are looking forward to seeing how our RF2F works in the field. "
