America Greener Technologies and Osler Complete Reverse Merge

America Greener Technologies Corporation (AGT) (OTCQB: OSLE), a Mesa, Arizona based company offering proprietary process improvement solutions for the power, petrochemical and heavy industrial marketplace, today announced that it has completed a reverse merger with Osler Incorporated, a publicly quoted company whose common stock currently trades under the symbol OSLE on the OTCQB.

 

Under the terms of the merger agreement, AGT shareholders will be issued a total of 15,000,000 restricted common shares of Osler, and AGT will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Osler and its sole operating subsidiary. Accordingly, Osler's name will subsequently be changed to better reflect the public company's operations, and its common stock symbol will also change. Shareholders will be kept apprised of any name or stock symbol changes. Following the merger, Osler now has a total of 19,005,014 shares outstanding.

 

Osler President and Director Leo Smith has resigned and been replaced by AGT CEO Mike Boyko, who assumes the office of President and CEO and also becomes a Director. Mr. Boyko is joined by Rick Barbosa, COO, who will also join him as Director, along with Sen. Jim Mack, who joins the Board of Directors.
