Mr. Straffi brings to the Bank 27 years of financial industry experience, concentrated in the lending arena. Residential Mortgage Lending is a leading solution in support of the Bank's wealth strategy. Glenn will pursue a relationship-based approach to deliver a superior client experience and competitive relationship-based pricing.
Throughout the years, Glenn has held high-level positions at CitiBank, Indus American Bank, Bank of America, Countrywide Home Loans, National Westminster Bank and Dime Savings Bank of NY, all of which make him especially suited to take on the challenge and responsibility of maintaining and building Peapack-Gladstone Bank's Residential Mortgage Lending initiatives.
A resident of Colonia, where he resides with his wife Gina and two daughters, Mr. Straffi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management from Fordham University.
