Intelligent Living Inc. (ILIV) and MIND360 Announce Fundraiser and Awareness Campaign With the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association

Intelligent Living Inc. (OTCQB: ILIV) and the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA) a not-for-profit organization, announced today that it had jointly signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to raise funds and awareness using annual subscriptions to Intelligent Living's brain games platform MIND360 as the premium offering.

Beginning April 1, 2014 and running until March 31, 2015 Intelligent Living will donate to the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association 50% of all annual and 2-year memberships to MIND360. When a subscriber checks out they need to apply code HCMA2014 to the shopping cart so the donation gets credited appropriately.

Victoria Rudman, CEO of Intelligent Living Inc. said: "We really look forward to using our MIND360 platform to raise awareness and funds for the HCMA. Lisa and her staff do such a great job at making the public aware of this silent killer. Recently one of our management team lost a sibling to HCM, so this is an extra special marketing campaign for ILIV and we encourage everyone to sign on for a year and get brain fit and help a very worthwhile cause."

The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association website (www.4hcm.org) says that, "Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a not an uncommon heart disease. Recent publications indicate that HCM is the most common of all genetic heart conditions affecting 1 in 500 people in the general population. Based on this data, we may estimate that as many as 600,000 people in the United States have HCM. There is no gender, age or ethnic factor specific to HCM. HCM is an equal opportunity disease. HCM is the leading cause of sudden cardiac arrest in those under 40 years of age, including young athletes. It is important to know the signs and symptoms of HCM including, family history of HCM, heart murmur, shortness of breath, fainting (or nearly fainting), palpitations, chest pain/pressure, inability to keep up with peers, and sadly sudden death."

"It is exciting when corporations want to get involved and help us raise awareness and much needed funds for HCM. MIND360 seems like a fun and educational way for patrons of the HCMA to support us while taking advantage of an innovative gaming platform. We will be marketing the fundraiser on our website and social media to create as much awareness as we can," Lisa Salberg, Founder and CEO of the HCMA said.
