Houston, TX, via eTeligis – Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (OTC Pink: EVPH), a provider of prepaid telephone services, today announced that it has retained LAR Law Group PC as new outside legal counsel to help in the completion of the filing of a Form-10 with the SEC.
The Company received the initial draft of its Form 10 Registration Statement last week for review and plans to file it with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the near future. The Company announced last week that it had posted its audited financials for the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011 to OTCMarkets.Com, as the initial step in its uplisting process from the OTC Pinks to the OTCQB. The Form 10 will become effective 60 days after filing with the SEC, at which point the Company will be fully reporting.
